Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with travel 80-100% during the program.

Upon completion, you relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional, aiming to meet monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities
