Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program, combining field-based and classroom sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

You will learn dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills. Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, selling Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (80-100%) during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after completing the training program and become a Sales Professional.
• Meet designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to both new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
