Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with both field-based and classroom training, including sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80-100% with overnight stays to gain product knowledge and field experience. After successfully completing the program, you will relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal violations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training completion.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and begin selling Reynolds products and services.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas by selling to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
