Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team in Ohio. The 12-month program blends field and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

You will work with a Sales Mentor in your territory, observing the process and assisting on calls. During the training, you can expect to travel 80-100% with overnight stays.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record in recent years.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to travel overnight 80-100% during training.

Responsibilities

Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive clients in assigned territory.
Relocate to an assigned territory after completing training to become a Sales Professional.
Meet monthly and annual quotas for Reynolds products and services.
Work with a Sales Mentor during field-based training and calls.
