Job summary

Reynolds & Reynolds Co. is seeking motivated entrants for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. The 12-month training combines field-based and classroom sessions, including courses on dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation.

You’ll learn from a Sales Mentor in your territory and travel with service teams to gain product knowledge. Upon completion you relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional and meet monthly and annual quotas across Reynolds

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good time management skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month sales training program, including field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH
• Relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services
• Sell to both new and existing customers in the automotive industry
• Travel 80-100% during training with overnight stays
• Travel with customer service and installation teams to learn our products
