The position involves a 12-month training program that includes both classroom and field-based training. Trainees will learn dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

Post-training, you will relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting sales quotas and promoting high-end software solutions tailored for the automotive industry. Benefits include a company car, 401(k) matching, and various insurance options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Good time management skills essential.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships is critical.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary.
• Willingness to travel overnight 80-100% of the time during training.
• Must have a valid driver's license with few moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program that includes field and classroom training.
• Work with a Sales Mentor during field-based training.
• Become responsible for achieving designated sales quotas after training.
