Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program with field and classroom components, travel 80-100% during training, and relocate to a territory upon completion.

As a Sales Professional, you will pursue quotas selling high-end software, marketing services, forms, and promotional products to automotive customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record (no OVI/DUI/DWI in last 5 years).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Willing to travel 80-100% during training and relocate after.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and start as a Sales Professional.
• Relieve quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive clients.
• Sell to new and existing customers and grow the territory.
