Sales Focus Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is hiring an entry-level Outside Sales Representative to acquire new customers and manage relationships with pharmacies in a designated territory.

You will conduct consultative sales, deliver compelling presentations, and promote our value proposition while meeting activity goals. In this role, you will receive base salary plus commissions, mileage reimbursement, a tablet, and a comprehensive onboarding program with coaching.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and customer focus.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing personality; able to engage with the public.
• Experience with MS Office and tablets; able to troubleshoot basic issues.
• CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce, Spotio, Badger).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven track record in new business development.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality territory management activities, including, building relationships and providing education while increasing brand awareness.
• Prospect for new clients.
• Meet activity goals established within the assigned territory for visits and other key outreach metrics.
• Deliver sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques in order to influence target accounts.
• Maintain professional communication with management regarding activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities.
• Actively demonstrate a commitment to excellent service to all customers.

Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the acquisition of new customers and managing existing customers by calling on pharmacies in a designated territory. Reps will be conducting consultative sales and presenting our unique value proposition.
