Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious outside sales professional for an entry-level role focused on a dedicated territory. You will meet business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services, with training provided for newcomers and ongoing support from the team.

Expect to interact with owners, benefits managers, and employees, including 50–100+ person group presentations.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates near degree or with relevant sales background considered).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Record daily activity and sales progress.
