Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates near degree completion considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client portfolio
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers to assess insurance needs
• Visit new businesses and follow up on referrals to service existing clients
• Work with the sales team to set monthly/quarterly targets and plan weekly schedules
• Record daily activity and sales results to track progress
