Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales rep to establish a new territory. You will visit local businesses, present supplemental insurance options, and build a portfolio of clients with support from a driven team.

You will receive training, access to Salesforce CRM, and opportunities for performance-based promotions as you develop your market and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses.
• Present supplemental insurance products to owners, benefits managers and employees.
• Schedule meetings, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track activity.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
