Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to build a new book of business within a defined territory. You will connect with small and medium-sized businesses, meeting business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products and services.

Expect comprehensive training, hands-on field experience, and a performance-driven culture. The role emphasizes face-to-face meetings, CRM usage, and ongoing client development with a focus on growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience; degree within 6 months of completion will be considered.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business by making in-person sales calls to businesses within your territory.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and nurture relationships with local owners and referrals.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
