This outside direct sales role covers a dedicated territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set targets.
• Plan and submit weekly schedule to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
