Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through outside direct sales to businesses.
• Meet face‑to‑face with owners and decision‑makers to present supplemental products.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text and schedule meetings.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and resell to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Record daily activity and sales progress for performance reviews.
