Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to join our entry-level outside direct sales team in a defined territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products, with training and support provided as you ramp up.

Responsibilities include lead generation in Salesforce, client meetings, and ongoing portfolio development.

Qualifications

• Entry-level outside direct sales role focused on a local territory.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners and decision makers.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to your manager.
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
