The outside direct sales position covers your dedicated territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products. Expect target-driven weeks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience, relevant sales or athletic background considered.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state, or willingness to obtain; licensing fees reimbursed.
• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads, schedule meetings, and build your client portfolio.
• Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Respond to client inquiries and conduct product presentations for groups of 50–100+ when needed.
• Attend calls with sales manager, visit new businesses, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Plan weekly schedule, set monthly/quarterly targets, and record daily sales activity.
