Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales specialist to prospect and close opportunities with small to mid-sized businesses. Training is provided, and prior sales experience is welcome but not required.

You will meet owners, managers, and employees to promote health and life insurance solutions. Expect to work in your local territory, build a personal client portfolio, and collaborate with your sales manager to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• License to sell Health & Life Insurance in your state (or willing to obtain; costs reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience, with sales or athletic background considered if nearing degree.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your book of business.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Visit businesses and build relationships with owners and managers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
