Training is provided, with a focus on building results-driven client relationships and a scalable sales portfolio. The role emphasizes independence, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Background check required prior to employment.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school experience required or considered with sales/athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients and present insurance solutions.
• Interact with business owners, benefits managers, and employees; conduct group presentations when needed.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set with your sales manager.
• Record daily activity and sales metrics.
