Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Configure monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit updates to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
