Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to build relationships with local businesses in your territory in Washington. You'll learn about employee benefit needs and present supplemental insurance plans while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

You'll use our system to manage meetings, follow ups, and client questions, set appointments, and grow a client base. No prior insurance experience is required—training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and introduce supplemental insurance offerings.
• Meet with business owners and groups of employees (often 10-50+).
• Respond to client questions via phone and email.
• Set appointments and conduct follow-ups.
• Support clients through claims.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track activities, contacts, and progress.
• Work with your manager to set and meet sales goals.
• Build your own client base and develop long-term relationships.
• Share weekly schedule and results with your manager.
