Job summary

True North Group LLC. is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to be the face of the company in your assigned territory. You will set appointments, visit businesses, and deliver informative presentations about insurance solutions that protect teams.

You will log activity in Salesforce, pursue referrals, and report weekly results to your manager as you build your book of business in a supportive, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days; licensing costs covered.
• Proficient with Salesforce and other digital tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit storefronts, offices, and industrial parks to connect with decision-makers.
• Lead open-forum presentations for employee groups (15–75 people) explaining benefit packages.
• Provide ongoing support through coverage details and claims guidance.
• Prospect and grow by cold-calling, following up on leads, and asking for referrals.
• Log client interactions and pipeline in Salesforce; share weekly activity with manager.
