True North Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to build relationships with local businesses in Memphis. You will learn employee benefit needs and present supplemental insurance plans, while designing your own schedule within a supportive team.

You’ll train on our system, visit clients, conduct group presentations, answer questions by phone and email, and use Salesforce to track progress. No prior insurance experience is required, and you’ll have a clear path to advancement as

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong planning and follow-up capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and present supplemental insurance offerings.
• Meet with business owners and groups of employees.
• Respond to client questions via phone and email.
• Set appointments, conduct follow-ups, and support clients through claims.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track activities, contacts, and progress.
• Work closely with your manager to set and meet sales goals.
• Build your own client base and develop long-term relationships.
• Share your weekly schedule and results with your manager.
