Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Painesville to drive direct home sales of fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You’ll own your territory, engage homeowners with in-home consultations, and grow the customer base in Ashland region communities.

The role offers a $42K base salary plus uncapped commissions, with an annual target up to $105K, plus 401(k) matching and other benefits. Training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required by policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
