Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Niles region. You will drive growth by engaging homeowners door-to-door and conducting in-home presentations to showcase fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

You'll own your territory, build relationships, and pursue ambitious sales targets in Ashland-area communities. Training is provided, and compensation includes a base salary with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to engage customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPads, smartphones).
• Personal vehicle required; IRS mileage reimbursement applies.

Responsibilities
