Job summary

Omni Fiber in Barberton is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new customer growth for high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You will own your territory, meet homeowners through door-to-door engagement, and present Omni Fiber’s value with professionalism.

In this role you will earn a base salary of $42K plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with an annual target of up to $105K. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales role with strong desire to succeed.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Outgoing, positive demeanor with resilience to handle rejection.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphones).
• Personal vehicle usage required; IRS mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
