Omni Fiber LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Medina region. You will engage homeowners door-to-door and in-home, promoting fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You will own your territory and build lasting customer relationships while driving sales and market growth.

The role offers a base salary of $42K plus uncapped commissions, with bonuses totaling up to $11K and annual target compensation of $87K–$105K. Excellent benefits and training accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver7s license and auto insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to engage customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required and travel reimbursements apply at IRS rates.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through face-to-face engagement and in-home presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's services (internet, voice, TV).
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
