Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our fiber internet services in the Akron area. You’ll meet homeowners face-to-face, present our offerings, and help customers understand the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

The role involves owning your territory, building relationships, and driving real impact by expanding the customer base in communities served. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales experience or mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with professional confidence.
• Familiarity with iPads and mobile devices.
• Use of a personal vehicle; IRS mileage reimbursement applies.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
