Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Litchfield region in Ohio to bring high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services directly to customers’ homes. You’ll own your territory, perform door-to-door engagements, and present compelling value to homeowners, building lasting relationships and driving steady growth.

Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions, with a total annual target of up to $105,000 and a structured bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
