Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support Ashland, Mansfield, Wooster and nearby areas, serving as the face of a fast-growing fiber internet company.

You will deliver home and small-business solutions, with a base salary of $42K plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, targeting up to $105K annually.

The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule, regional travel, comprehensive benefits, training, and reimbursement for miles driven.

Qualifications

Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
Valid driver's license, driving record, and auto insurance as required by state.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Positive, outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers and handle rejection.
Familiarity with iPads and mobile phones.
Use of personal vehicle; IRS mileage reimbursement for territory travel.

Responsibilities

Connect with homeowners via door-to-door engagement and in-home presentations.
Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's services (internet, voice, TV).
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned territory.
Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism and energy.
Follow company policies and ethical standards.
