Omni Fiber is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Leetonia to be the face of our fast-growing fiber internet brand. You will engage homeowners with face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, showcasing high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

You will own your territory, build relationships, and drive growth across the Ashland region and surrounding communities. The role emphasizes a quota-driven environment with uncapped commissions and a solid blend of base pay,

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales role with targets.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with resilience.
• Familiarity with tablets and smartphones.
• Personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate.
