Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own the Eaton region, engaging homeowners door-to-door and conducting in-home consultations to sell high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales mindset with ability to meet monthly targets.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Outgoing, positive attitude and resilience to handle rejection.
• Familiarity with iPads and mobile devices.
• Personal vehicle required; IRS mileage reimbursement applies.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
