Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training and fees reimbursement provided).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; candidates near degree completion considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager; record daily activity.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity and outcomes.
