No heavy prior experience required; training is provided and your growth potential is significant within a supportive team. You will use Salesforce to manage leads, schedule meetings, and build a client portfolio while striving to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network in the territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses and develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Record daily sales activity and work stats; report to manager weekly.
• Collaborate with the team to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
