True North Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to cover an assigned Oklahoma Territory. You will prospect, set appointments, and present insurance options to local business owners, while using Salesforce CRM to track interactions and pipeline activity.

You'll receive hands-on training, weekly draw pay with opportunities for bonuses and commissions, and a defined career path. Licensing in Health & Life is encouraged within 90 days, with tuition covered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with business owners in assigned territory to understand needs and present insurance solutions.
• Lead informative presentations for employee groups 15–75 people.
• Provide ongoing support through questions, coverage details, and claim guidance.
• Log client interactions and manage pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new leads, follow up, and seek referrals to grow book of business.
• Share weekly activity and results with manager in team huddles.
