Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales, grow a defined region, and build relationships with local businesses.

You will present our full range of workplace solutions, demonstrate products, and tailor pricing to client needs. You will work with inside sales and onboarding to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts, with ongoing support through regular branch meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Hit the road exploring your assigned territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason.
• Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and show them how our full range of workplace products and services can help.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported while growing your market.
