Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales in your local territory. You will visit businesses, showcase our wide range of workplace products, and tailor pricing to win new accounts.

You will collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions and growth. The role combines energy, relationship building, and ongoing territory development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products, present pricing, and help new customers get set up via MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account transitions.
• Attend branch sales meetings for ongoing support and growth in the market.
