Job summary

W.B. Mason in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales, grow the territory, and onboard new accounts using MasonvilleGO. You will meet with local businesses, demo products, and work with inside sales to ensure a smooth handoff.

The role requires customer service or retail sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. A BS/BA is preferred and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read and write in English.
• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road exploring your assigned territory to introduce W.B. Mason offerings.
• Meet with potential clients, assess needs and demonstrate products.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing and onboard via MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams for smooth transitions.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings for support and alignment.
