Alleviation Enterprise LLC is hiring an entry-level outside direct sales representative in Seneca, SC. You will target small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

Training is provided; prior sales experience is helpful but not required. Expect to work with a dedicated team, manage your own client portfolio, and pursue growth opportunities in a structured compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Attend planned calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each day.
