• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Prior internship, sales, customer service, or recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients for Oracle consulting services.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Generate and qualify leads for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and PPM opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls for senior sales leadership and consulting teams.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer data in CRM systems.
• Support proposal development and sales coordination activities.
• Learn Oracle Cloud applications, consulting delivery models, and industry terminology.
• Build relationships with prospective clients, partners, and Oracle ecosystem contacts.
• Collaborate with recruiters, delivery leadership, and marketing to support sales initiatives.
• Meet outbound activity and pipeline generation goals established by management.
