Job summary

Stefanini is seeking an eager, detail-oriented Entry-Level Deskside Technician to provide onsite IT support in a corporate environment in Arlington, VA. This role offers hands-on troubleshooting, asset management, and high-quality end-user service in a fast-paced setting.

The Deskside Technician will handle hardware and software issues, provisioning devices and ensuring seamless operations for end users to boost organizational productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year onsite or 2–3 years in a technical ICT environment.
• Willing to adopt AI tools and IT health monitoring software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain composure in rapid-response support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide Windows, software, and hardware support onsite.
• Stage, provision, and deploy IT machines to end users.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices and AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot VPN and VDI connectivity.
• Perform software patches and updates using corporate tools.
• Follow KB articles and best practices.
• Manage workload via ticketing software.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Provide Smart Hands remote support for offsite teams.
• Inventory management of IT assets and auditing.
