Job summary

Aerotek in Omaha, NE is seeking an Entry-Level Onboarding Associate to support client onboarding, verify pre-employment requirements, and manage background checks for contractors.

You will handle candidate data, ensure E-Verify compliance, deliver frontline service, organize office operations, and contribute to a positive candidate experience. The role offers $20.19/hour and a $4,000 annual bonus, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, PTO and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

Aerotek offers an hourly rate of $20.19 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $4,000.
