Aerotek is looking for a Contract On-Site Onboarding Associate in Pittsburgh, PA. You will ensure compliance with onboarding requirements, manage contractor data, and provide exceptional customer service.

The position offers an hourly rate of $20.19 and a performance-based bonus of up to $4,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 20 days of paid time off.

Ideal candidates should have customer service experience and be capable of working in a team-oriented environment.

• Office administration or human resource experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements and documents are validated.
• Manage onboarding packet requirements for contractors.
• Enter and manage background and drug testing processes.
• Maintain contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements.
• Provide high-quality customer service at the front office.
• Order and organize office supplies, manage mailing and paperwork.

As a Contract on-Site Onboarding Associate you will…

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks etc.) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
