Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate in Florence, KY to support onboarding and contractor compliance. You will handle pre-employment requirements, background checks, and E-Verify while delivering strong front-office service to candidates and clients.

The role offers an hourly rate with a potential annual bonus, plus benefits such as health coverage, an HSA/401k plan, paid time off, and parental leave. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents are current and compliant.
• Manage onboarding packets and update candidate tracker until clearance to start.
• Process background checks, drug tests, and medical screenings for contractors.
• Ensure contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements and document expiries.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (phone and reception).
• Order and maintain office supplies, manage mailings and file office paperwork.

As a Field Operations Associate you will…

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks etc.) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
