Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate to support onboarding, compliance, and contractor screening for our client partners in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely background checks, and active collaboration with Compliance and recruiting teams.

You will handle front-desk inquiries, manage office supplies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through start date, while upholding Aerotek's service standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for onboarding packets and update the Candidate Tracker until cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

As a Field Operations Associate you will…

• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)

Aerotek offers an hourly rate of $20.19 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $4,000.
