Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Onboarding Specialist (Field Operations Associate) in Omaha to coordinate onboarding processes for contractors and ensure compliance with client requirements. You will handle forms, drug tests, background checks, and E-Verify activities while delivering strong front-desk service.

You will also manage vendor paperwork, maintain records, and support overall onboarding operations to ensure timely contractor starts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents are current and validated.
• Manage onboarding packets and update contractor data until clearance to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening for contractors.
• Ensure contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements (expired documents, etc.).
• Provide front office customer service (telephone and reception).
• Maintain office supplies, shipments, and office paperwork.

As a Field Operations Associate also known as Onboarding Specialist you will...

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks etc.) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

Aerotek offers an hourly rate of $20.19- $21.19 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $4,000.
