Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Aptitude for learning branch operations and lending basics.
• Notary Public knowledge or ability to obtain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in person and by phone.
• Handle cash drawer with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance tasks.
• Learn CXone and provide support as needed.
• Support wire transfers, notary requests, and basic banking services.
