Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or CCUE Certification or Associate degree preferred.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member confidence, respect, and trust in the Credit Union.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries by telephone and in person.
• Balance a cash drawer and manage cash handling.
• Process transactions and organize documents daily.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance.
• Operates drive-through and ATM services as needed.
