Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to support basic branch operations and member service. You will respond to inquiries by phone and in person, handle transactions, and assist with cash handling and account maintenance.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, security, and learning CXone and financial product referrals, with mandatory training and regular attendance expected.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence.
• Ability to complete SECU Core Module Program within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person and process transactions.
• Balance a cash drawer and balance vaults and ATMs as needed.
• Assist with cash box management, wires, and currency exchange.
• Learn branch procedures and comply with policies and security controls.
• Support other departments to facilitate member requests and maintain records.
