Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to support branch operations and deliver exemplary member service. You will respond to inquiries by phone and in person, handle transactions, balance cash drawers, and learn branch procedures.

As you gain knowledge of CXone and basic financial products, you will provide referrals and support across departments while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree or NC-CTP preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Wamiliarity with Core Module Program expectations within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer per standards.
• Assist with drive-through operations and vault checks as needed.
• Handle wire transfers and currency orders; troubleshoot accounts.
