Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an Associate Member Services Representative to provide foundational knowledge of SECU branch operations and deliver exemplary member service. Responsibilities

Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person with courteous service.
Process transactions and balance cash drawer according to standards.
Open basic accounts and assist with account maintenance under supervision.
Assist with wire transfers, foreign currency, and check deposits as needed.
Operate drive-through window when required and coordinate with other departments.
Maintain documentation and reports; support training and compliance.
